Life can be unpredictable and challenging. Most of the times we are able to effectively deal with difficulties, emerging stronger and more learned. There are times when one may need help to deal with emotional distress. It can happen to any of us. Harpreet works as a facilitator for change, healing and growth. Harpreet’s areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transition, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, grief, family of origin issues, addictions, chronic abandonment, anger management, immigrants’ mental health, work stress and marital problems and marital problems.
Harpreet integrates a variety of treatment methodology including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, motivational interviewing, person-centred approach and mindfulness to help improve overall quality of life, interpersonal relationships and occupational functioning.
Harpreet is a member in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists and Psychologists Association of Alberta. She has experience working with non-profit, Employee and Family Assistance Program and in private practice settings for the past 12 years in Canada. Harpreet offers services in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
